Suggested use: Mix 1 level scoop (35 g) with 16 oz. (473 mL) of cold water, protein or your favorite beverage. Consume during training or immediately post-training depending on your needs, or any time your carbohydrate requirements call for a high quality carbohydrate fuel source.
