Suggested Use:

Suggested Use: Adults, as a dietary supplement, dispense product directly onto food. One (1) pump dispenses 10 mg of Ubiquinol. Dispense ten (10) pumps for 100 mg of Ubiquinol.
Before using this pump for the first time, remove the cap and prime the pump by repeatedly pressing until liquid appears. Prime the pump over a sink or covered surface.

Warnings:

Keep out of reach of children.

Do not use if safety seal is broken.

If you are nursing, pregnant, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician before taking this product.
