Suggested Use:

Directions: Adults, take one to two capsules daily with a full glass of water, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Take consistently each day for best results.

Do not use if inner seal is missing or broken.

Precautions: Consult a healthcare professional prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, being treated for a medical condition or taking a prescription medication. Do not take this product if you are taking prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's Disease) or for two weeks after stopping the MAOI drug or taking sedatives or tranquilizers, without consulting a health care professional.

This product may cause increased photosensitivity. While taking this product avoid excessive exposure to the sun. Discontinue the use of this product in event of a rash.
