Suggested Use:

Directions: Adults take 2 tablets twice a day after meals for 12 weeks, thereafter 1 tablet twice a day.

The total dietary intake (from foods and supplements) of phytosterols should not exceed 3 g a day and intake of monacolins from red yeast rice should be less than 3 mg a day.
