Suggested Use:

DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, consume daily. Mix 1 scoop with 8-10 oz. of water and consume before workouts and any time on non-training days. For maximum results, consume 2 scoops daily. Cycle this product for four weeks with two weeks off between usage.
