These two natural ingredients have been brought forward for the balancing of our polarity. Even though they are known for this special use, it seems that no one really recommended the use and especially the frequency and amounts actually needed. Just about everyone that is out of sorts, i.e., tired, has what is called "reversed polarity" or is, as Keith calls it, "switched." He came up with a good term and explains in his teachings that, if you take the battery cable off their positive and negative posts and switch them, the battery will fail and possibly explode.
