Suggested Use:

Suggested Usage: Mix 1 packet of PGX Daily Singles (2.5 g) into 8 fl. oz. (1 cup) of cold water and stir briskly. Take 1 to 2 times per day or as directed by a health professional. Take PGX Daily with or without food or with healthy snacks to greatly reduce appetite and curb food cravings.

Warnings:

Notice: A small percentage of people may initially experience minor digestive changes when taking PGX. Slowly work up to the full dose to give your body time to adjust. It is important to drink adequate amounts of water (8-16 oz. or 1-2 cups) immediately after taking PGX.
