Suggested Use:

Directions: Shake before using. Take 4 teaspoons (.68 oz.) 2 times per day, 30 minutes before morning meal and 30 minutes before evening meal. Option: Dilute with equal amount of purified hot water and sip slowly as tea. For additional support, take 3 times per day.
