Suggested Use:

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet daily. Allow tablet to dissolve under tongue.

Warnings:

The liver may not convert the common form of vitamin B-12 (cyanocobalamin) into adequate amounts of methylcobalamin needed for proper neuronal functioning.

Tamper evident: Do not use this product if imprinted foil seal under cap is broken or missing.

Keep out of reach of children.
