DIRECTIONS: For adults, take two (2) capsules three times daily, or six (6) capsules at night
before retiring.

Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada and Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
