Suggested Use:

DIRECTIONS: For adults, take six (6) capsules up to three times daily with liquid 30-60 minutes before meals. For best results, drink six to eight glasses of liquid during the day.

Warnings:

Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.

Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications.

NOTICE: This product contains Cascara Sagrada (Rhamnus purshiana), Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis) and Buckthorn (Rhamnum frangula). Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Cascara Sagrada, Aloe Vera and Buckthorn may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.

Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
