Suggested Use:

Directions: For adults, take six (6) capsules up to three times daily with liquid 30-60 minutes before meals. For best results, drink six to eight glasses of liquid during the day.

Notice: Take this product with at least 8 ounces of water or other fluid. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention. Do not take before bedtime.

Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications.

Notice: This product contains cascara sagrada (rhamnus purshiana). aloe vera (aloe barbadensis) and buckhorn (rhamnus frangula). Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because cascara sagrada, aloe vera and buckhorn may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.

Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if your are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
