Suggested Use: For adults 18 years of age and over, take 1 capsule once a day at bedtime with a full glass of water. Take more if needed, in accordance with your own research and advice from a healthcare professional. Consult a physician before giving to children.

Note: Laxatives should not be taken for more than 1 week. Frequent or prolonged use may cause dependency.
