Suggested Use:

DIRECTIONS: For adults, take one (1) tablet two or three times a day, preferably with a meal.

Warnings:

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Pregnant or lactating women should consult a doctor before using any product.

Avoid this product if you are allergic to shellfish.

Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, kidney stones, sarcoidosis or hyperathyroidism, or if you are taking ANY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS, including hormone replacement therapy.

Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, including headache, weight loss, diarrhea or changes in urinary habits.

Do not exceed recommended dose.
