Suggested use:
Take one serving (4 capsules) of C4 Ripped with food in the morning or early afternoon. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributable to Beta-Alanine. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Do not exceed 8 capsules per day. Use only as directed.
