Directed Use on Training Days: To determine tolerance, begin by taking one serving (1 scoop) mixed with (4-6 oz.) of water 20-30 minutes before training. After personal tolerance has been assessed, take one to two servings (1-2 scoops) 20-30 minutes before training begins. Add (4-6 oz.) of water for each serving. During your workout it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: This product may contain legal dietary ingredients that are prohibited by individual sports organizations as banned or prohibited substances ("PS"). Due to the unique restrictions of some amateur and professional sports organizations that require PS testing, obtain approval and/or authorization before beginning use of this product.

WARNING: This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Do not use this product if you are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or if you are taking medication used to treat erectile dysfunction such as PDE-5 inhibitors.

Do not use in combination with synephrine, caffeine, or any other stimulant from other sources including but not limited to: coffee, tea, soda, other dietary supplements, or medication containing phenylephrine or caffeine. Discontinue use and consult your health care professional 2 weeks prior to surgery, or if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath or any other adverse reactions to this product. Do not exceed recommended serving suggestions. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Do not use for more than 8 weeks.

Before using this product, consult with your physician if you are using any prescription medication, over-the-counter medication, or if you have any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, psychiatric or epileptic disorders, diabetes, recurrent headaches, enlarged prostate, difficulty urinating, glaucoma, or if you are taking a MAOI (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor), antidepressants, aspirin, NSAID (Non-seteroidal anti-inflammatory drug), or a product containing phenylephrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or any other medication. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, nursing or planning to become pregnant.
