Suggested Use:

First time directions: Consume one capsule to assess tolerance before increasing your dosage.
Regular use: As a dietary supplement consume one seving (3 capsules) with a glass of water in the morning upon waking. An additional serving (3 capsules) may be added 5-6 hours later.

Warnings:

Avoid taking before bedtime and do not exceed 6 capsules in a 24 hour period.
