Suggested Use: Use only as directed. As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (1 scoop) of Ghost Burn Non-Stim with 5-6 oz of water or beverage of choice. New users should start with 1 serving (1 scoop) to assess their personal tolerance. Advanced users, mix 2 scoops (2 servings) with 10-12 oz of water. Ghost Burn Non-Stim may be taken with or without food.
