Directions - As a dietary supplement take 1 capsule on an empty stomach in the AM. Take an additional 1 capsule six to eight hours later on an empty stomach, Due to extreme potency do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24 hour period for the first 3 days. Do not exceed 2 capsules within 24 hours.
