Directions: Take one (1) capsule with breakfast followed by one (1) capsule in the evening.

If you are taking aspirin or blood thinning or other medication, consult your physician before using this product.

Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery or if stomach upset occurs.

Use of this product may cause your skin to be extra sensitive to UV sources, such as artificial or natural sunlight. Avoid excessive exposures from these sources.
