Directions: Take one (1) capsule in the morning and one (1) capsule in the afternoon. If no improvement occurs, increase to three capsules daily after 3-4 weeks. May take up to 8 weeks to reach full effectiveness.

Precautions & drug interactions:
Do not exceed four (4) capsules daily.
May increase skin sensitivity to sunlight. Individuals with fair skin should take precautions and avoid prolonged exposure.
Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur.

Consult a healthcare professional before using if you have bipolar disorder or take prescription antidepressant drugs.
Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing.
Do not use if you take immunosuppressants, anti-HIV drugs, or MAOIs.
May reduce the effectiveness of anticoagulants (e.g. warfarin), oral contraceptives, glycosides (e.g. digoxin), calcium-channel blockers (e.g. diltiazem), beta-blockers, anti-cancer drugs and methadone. Consult a physician if you use any of these drugs.

Not recommended for children under 12.
