Suggested Usage: For Pre-Workout Energy Support: Mix 1 level scoop of Amino Power in 14 to 16 oz. of water or other beverage 20-30 minutes before workout. For Post-Workout Amino Support: At least 4 hours after initial pre-workout dose, mix 1 level scoop of Amino Power in 14 to 16 oz. of water or other beverage.

Warnings:

One scoop of Amino Power has approx. 50 mg caffeine.

Caution: For adults only. Beta-Alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals. After a few weeks of supplementation with Beta-Alanine, this sensation normally lessens or subsides.

Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication (especially antihypertensives, nitrates, or other heart medications), or have a medical condition (especially herpes, kidney impairment and/or glaucoma).

Discontinue use if nervousness, sleeplessness or nausea occur.
