Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (2 capsules) twice daily.
CYCLE: Use for 5 days then discontinue use for 7 days.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Each serving should be taken with 12-16 ounces of water and food.
- It is highly recommended drinking a minimum of 64-128oz water daily.
- Testing personal tolerance is recommend by starting with 1 capsule in the morning and an additional capsule in the evening on the first day of use.
