Directions for use: Take 2 capsules of 3G BURN with 8oz of water 2 times daily, approximately 30 minutes before meals. This product is intended to be used along with a calorie-reduced diet and exercise program. Do not take within 5 hours of sleep.
Missed dose: If you miss a dose, take the next as recommended. Do not double the next dose.

Consult a physician before using this product if you have, or have a family history of, including but not limited to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiac arrhythmias, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, IBS, asthma, anemia, osteoporosis, nervousness, anxiety, depression or other psychiatric condition, peptic ulcers, Parkinson's disease, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement, or seizure disorder, or if you are taking any over-the-counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudo-ephedrine, or phenylopropanolamine (ingredients found in certain allergy, asthma, cough or cold, and weight control products) or any other dietary supplement.

Do not use this product if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), anticoagulant, antiplatlet, anticholinergic or any other prescription drug.

Discontinue use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms. Do not use this product within 2 weeks of surgery. Individuals who consume caffeine or alcohol with this product may experience serious adverse health effects. Improper use of this product may be hazardous to a person's health.
