Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) capsules with water at mealtime or as directed by a licensed healthcare practitioner. You may take up to four (4) capsules daily (morning and evening) for maximum benefits. Do not exceed four (4) capsules in a 24-hour period.
