Use only as directed.
SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement for adults, use for up to 8 weeks in a cycle then discontinue use for 4 weeks before beginning a new cycle. In the morning: Take 2 capsules with or without food. In the evening before bed: Take 2 capsules with or without food.

Exceeding recommended dosage may cause serious adverse health effects, including but not limited to acne, hair loss, hair growth on the face (in women), aggressiveness, irritability, and increased levels of estrogen.
