Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet on an empty stomach upon waking, and a second tablet approximately 8 hours later, 60-90 minutes before a meal. Do not use this product longer than 4 weeks without a 4 week break in between. Do not exceed 2 tablets in any 24 hour period. Read the product warning before use.

Do not combine with alcohol. Discontinue use and immediately consult your health care professional if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. Do not exceed recommended serving. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.
