Directions: On Friday & Saturday (or any 2-day period), take 2 capsules before bedtime with 8 oz of water. Do not take for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Not for children under 12 years of age.

Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
