Take one serving (1 level scoop) of C4 Ultimate Power, mixed with 10-14 fl. oz. of water 20-30 minutes before training. For best results, use for 8 weeks in conjunction with a resistance training program. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributable to Beta-Alanine.
