Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 teaspoonful or more daily. May be added to food or mixed into drinks.

Caution: When taking bee pollen for the first time, some people can have an allergic reaction. To test for allergy, place a few granules under the tongue. If there is not reaction, gradually increase intake until you are taking the suggested amount.
